Help is available when you need it with RD Associates
flexible Support Block scheme. The scheme
allows you to easily access RD Associates
specialist resources for a range of purposes such as
telephone support, site visits, as well as
funding additional training courses and
licence purchases.
The support block scheme is based on purchasing a block of
time from RD Associates, and as services and
products are used they are charged to the support
block. Statements are available detailing who
in your organisation used what products and services
when.

Web
Based Support
If you have a
support agreement with RD Associates we may use web
based support to access your system to diagnose
problems, or to show you how to do a particular
task.
When instructed,
click on the image below to access web based support.
You will be given a pin code which ensures that each
access to your system is by permission only.
