Training
RD Associates offer a wide range of courses for
GoldMine™, ACT!, Commence and QuoteWerks as well as
many other add-in products. GoldMine User and
Administration courses are available as public
courses in our Cranfield offices, and all courses
are available as one-company courses or workshops
either at Cranfield or on client sites.
All course delegates are provided with a course
manual, and courses are designed to give hands-on
experience rather than just theory.
Refreshments are included, as is lunch at the
on-site cafe which serves a variety of hot and cold
meals.

Bespoke Courses
RD Associates are able to provide a complete
tailoring service to adapt any of our standard
courses or develop bespoke courses to meet the
specific requirements of our clients.
There are two types of tailoring:
Firstly we are able to do a 'pick & mix' course
based on selecting the most relevant topics for your
staff, based on their previous experience and your
use of the system.
Alternatively, we are able to take a copy of your
database and completely customise the course
materials to cover your implementation of the system
and any specific business processes that you would
like included.
