Any investment in CRM is important to your business. We will define the project “up front” and the terms of reference. Providing these do not change, we will ensure that the project is brought in on time and on budget. If we underestimate the complexity, we will absorb this.
Training is a key investment in terms of ensuring that the system is used correctly and consistently. We will work with you and your staff to recommend and deliver the most appropriate training plan.
Where multiple suppliers are involved (integration with other systems, telephony, IT infrastructure etc) and there is ambiguity as to who has responsibility for issues, we will liaise with all parties until any issue is resolved, and will keep you involved at all times.
