RD Associates offer a series of short workshops covering different topics of ACT! 2011. Whether you are a new user, or an existing user who wants to get more out of ACT! these workshops are for you.
You can pick and mix, booking as many as you need.
Other than the Essentials Course, these are not "full" training courses it is assumed that you will have experience in the use of a PC and Windows applications, and some experience of finding your way around ACT!
If you are new to ACT!, the Essentials course is the ideal foundation to get you started. Other workshops can then be added to cover specific topics as and when needed.
The workshops use ACT! 2012, but most of the functionality will be the same in ACT! 2010 or ACT! 2011.
Format of the workshops
All workshops are "hands-on". The training will go through explaining different topics and at the end of each section there is a chance for you to do some practical exerciese to get hands-on experience of using ACT!
Places are limited to 4 per workshop to ensure sufficient one-to-one help if needed.
This is your chance to practice in a safe environment, and make sure you understand each topic before moving to the next.

Where and When?
All workshops can be run at your offices providing suitable facilities are available - we provide training laptops for each delegate. Alterntively they can be held at our offices in Cranfield Innovation Centre, Cranfield, MK43 0BT.
ACT! Essentials (includes Companies & Contacts, Activity Management and some data segmentation) - this is a longer workshop typically around 5 hours.
