Training services
The success of any system depends on how well users understand it; therefore effective training is an essential, this is even more significant for CRM systems which typically have a large population of users, who work in different functional areas with some working away from the office.
RD Associates offer a range of specialised courses, run by experienced trainers at our offices in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, or on your site. We also offer short web-based tutorials on specific topics. All course delegates are provided with a course manual, and courses are designed to give hands-on experience rather than just theory.
Customised Training
RD Associates are able to provide a complete tailoring service to adapt any of our standard courses or develop bespoke courses to meet the specific requirements of our clients. There are two types of tailoring:
- Firstly we are able to do a ‘pick & mix’ course based on selecting the most relevant topics for your staff, based on their previous experience and your use of the system.
- Alternatively, we are able to take a copy of your database and completely customise the course materials to cover your implementation of the system and any specific business processes that you would like included.
