If one of our support representatives requests remote access to your system, enter the 6 digit code provided in the box below and then click on the “Connect to RDA support” button. This will download and install an applet that will allow us to take control of your PC. Please note that access to your system is gained only with your permission and once this session has been closed we will no longer be able to access your PC.
